Schweizer Fest Bench Press Competition – 12:00 PM Saturday, August 10th 

On Saturday, August 10, 2024, come to New Directions Health and Fitness Club at 632 Main Street for the 2024 Schweizer Fest Bench Press Competition! Come to compete or to cheer on the participants! Weigh-ins and warm-ups are from 12:00 – 12:30 PM, with the competition beginning at 12:30 PM. Trophies will be given to the 1st place winner of each division. There will be a total of 10 weight divisions, including men and women. (Any participants under 18 must have a guardian present). Registration is $25.
