47th Annual Schweizer Fest Road Run

Lace up those shoes, and join us August 10th, 2024 for the 47th running of the Schweizer Fest 2 & 6 Mile Road Run. We feature 2 race distances, both of which go through Tell City’s historic downtown area, the heart of Schweizer Fest. 

Map It Out:

The 2 mile course is a fast, flat route in the downtown area. 

Take on the 6 mile route through downtown before heading to Mozart Street where you will ascend a 1 mile, 200 foot vertical hill with minor grade breaks before you descend on Tell Street, followed by a Main Street finish. 

Ready, Set, Go! 

Race time for the 6 mile run is 8:00 a.m., with the 2 mile event beginning 5 minutes later. 

Both start on 7th Street near Everbody’s Fun & Fitness Center.

Kids Fun Run

Send the kids (7 years old and under) down a two block (.25mi) fun run They will start at Frostop on Main Street and finish under the balloon near City Hall.  All KIDS FUN RUN participants receive a racing bib and ribbon.  Best of all, it’s free for any child!! No need to register! 

Grab a running bib at Fulton & Main or the starting line on the day of the race.

And The Winner Is….

Awards will be given to the top three finishers in each age group and gender. A special award will be given to the top male and top female in each of the races.

Entry fee is $25 per person if received on or before August 1st or $22 per person Family Rate (3-6 household members at one time). Late entries will be $30 after August 1st. You can register online at www.everbodys.com.
